Life at Episcopal Place is designed for simpler living among friendly and caring neighbors and staff. Our 141 apartment homes are rent-subsidized by HUD to accommodate fixed-income or low-income residents who qualify. Here residents are encouraged to live life to the fullest by building new relationships, participating in fulfilling activities and living healthy lives. Our non-profit foundation funds supportive services that keep our residents active and independent, such as transportation to nearby banks and grocery stores, nutritional and exercise programs, subsidized meals and housekeeping and resident activities. We invite you to explore all that is unique and special about our housing community. Episcopal Place, where communities are built, apartments become homes and residents are like family.
